Bombay (Maharashtra) [India]Jan 24 (ANI): On National Girls’ Day, former Miss World Manushi Chhillar has launched a series of social media discussions titled “Limitless”, which will see her engage in conversation with some of the most popular female icons. inspiring in India.
A young accomplished herself, Manushi wants to bring out the stories of these influential women and also find out what motivates them to constantly break gender stereotypes.

Speaking about the project, Manushi said, “Growing up and even now, I was in awe of so many female icons who work tirelessly to break the glass ceiling. They inspire other women around the world to dream big. I’ve always harbored the idea of creating a digital property that lets me talk to these icons and helps me learn more about their lives, how their minds work and what inspires them.”
Additionally, she talked about her first guest for the program, wrestling icon Geeta Phogat.

She shared, “And what better day than National Girls’ Day to kick off this project, which is very close to my heart, with the highly decorated athlete and an icon in every sense of the word, Geeta Phogat. We come from the same state and her contribution to making women realize that they are capable of wonderful things.She has changed the discourse on women’s rights in our state and country.
On why she named this digital project “Limitless,” Manushi revealed, “Limitless pretty much sums up what this project is about – it will celebrate the limitless potential of being a woman. Through the voices of these icons, we aim to spark a much needed conversation about improving society and fostering a spirit of equality. I will be working hard to build on this in the months ahead.
She added: “Every little girl has limitless potential to shine – all she needs is the right support system and the right environment that constantly allows her to reach her true potential. Thanks to this series of conversations, we hope to speak to some of the most remarkable girls who, through their drive and talent, are icons of modern India and are an inspiration to girls across the country.
Manushi has also been enlisted by UNICEF to raise her voice for gender equality on this National Day of the Girl.
Speaking about equal rights for girls, she said: “It is a great contradiction that in our country, women lead at the highest levels of politics, business, art, sports, academics and sciences, but violence against girls and women, gender-based discrimination, child marriage and female feticide are widespread.The COVID-19 pandemic has intensified many of these gender biases We have also seen the resilience of girls and women as leaders and problem solvers in their communities.
She then reflected on her own journey and the opportunities she could seize to become the icon she is today.
“As someone who is living her dreams, I would like every girl to have the same opportunity and live a life free from discrimination and social stigma, and with the possibility of realizing her aspirations and her potential. Gender equality contributes to better and healthier lives, more progressive societies and that is my message today,” she signed.
Meanwhile, on the acting front, Manushi will soon be sharing screen space with Akshay Kumar in “Prithviraj.” (ANI)
