Jeff Goldblum walks for Prada in Milan, Entertainment News

Miuccia Prada looked to Hollywood for inspiration as the Italian luxury brand unveiled its Fall/Winter 2022-23 collection on Sunday using 10 actors, including Hollywood star Jeff Goldblum, to model chic menswear classic, while circumventing certain rules.

Among them were David Lynch favorite Kyle MacLachlan (“Twin Peaks”), Jeff Goldblum (“The Fly”, “Jurassic Park”), Asa Butterfield (“Sex Education”) and Thomas Brodie-Sangster (“Bright Star “).

Some seemed out of place, despite their rich acting experience. Prada said he wanted to cast “real men, recognized personalities… who offer a new facet of reality”.

“Every aspect of reality can be elegant and dignified.” Raf Simons, co-designer of Prada who joined the house in 2020 after designing for Jil Sander, Dior and Calvin Klein, noted: “The fundamentals of the men’s wardrobe are associated with industrial forms”, mixing “dress style” and “streetwear”.
